I originally started my training at eSynch Blackbelt Academy under Mr. Thomas Kirk, Third
Degree Blackbelt along with 8-12 other students.  Since eSynch BBA shutdown, I moved to
W.J. Choi Taekwondo USA in Anaheim Hills where Mr. Kirk also teaches.

I highly recommend this sport as a way to keep fit and in-shape.  It's also very cheap therapy
for the stressed :-).  But most importantly, it's fun!!!  The curriculum is very goal-oriented so
it shifts as you move along the ranks.  The focus changes with your improving abilities
while still emphasizing all the basic techniques/foundation taught at the beginning level.
It's not easy to fall into the trap of "routine workout".
