On March 16th my wonderful wife gave birth to Tia, our very first child. Tia came into the world via Cesarean section after over 20 hours of unsucessful labor due to her body not being positioned properly. The C-section delivery process went without a hitch, and within minutes we got to see Tia kick and cry her way into the world.
